Refund & Rescheduling Policy

  1. Returns
    1. In the event you made a booking on ROAR for a slot or membership or any other service and the slot/membership/service is not available anymore. The payment you have made would be refunded to your without any deduction. The payment would reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days.
    2. In the event, you plan to cancel your booking made on Roarsports.in – we advise you to cancel at least 3 days in advance, to the start date of the slot/membership/service date. However, for all cancellations and refunds requested for bookings made on any of the venue/services listed with us – the final refund amount would depend on the venue owner / service provider returns policy on which you have made the booking. The refund amount can range anywhere between 0-100% of the amount you have paid for the booking.
    3. For return of any product from inventory section please contact the ultimate service provider or read their respective return/replacement policies.
    4. Also if you want to reschedule your booking or shift your slot from the subsisting period to another one, you can contact the respective venue owner/service provider, for such revision in booking, by visiting their respective website via the contact information mentioned therein. Our platform cannot do the rescheduling on its own.

    1. Upon receiving Your complaint, ROAR SPORTS MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if ROAR SPORTS MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is convinced that the complaint is genuine, ROAR SPORTS MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED will inform the relevant Vendor of such complaint and request for a replacement service or compensation. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the services, ROAR SPORTS MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by ROAR SPORTS MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Vendor selling the defective/inappropriate/illegal product/service will be solely responsible to you for any claims that You may have in relation to such defective product/service and ROAR SPORTS MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
