- In the event you made a booking on ROAR for a slot or membership or any other service and the slot/membership/service is not available anymore. The payment you have made would be refunded to your without any deduction. The payment would reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days.
- In the event, you plan to cancel your booking made on ROAR.com – we advise you to cancel at least 3 days in advance, to the start date of the slot/membership/service date. However, for all cancellations and refunds requested for bookings made on any of the venue/services listed with us – the final refund amount would depend on the venue owner / service provider returns policy on which you have made the booking. The refund amount can range anywhere between 0-100% of the amount you have paid for the booking.

- Upon receiving Your complaint, ROAR SPORTS MANAGMENT PVT LTD shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if ROAR SPORTS MANAGMENT PVT LTD is convinced that the complaint is genuine, ROAR SPORTS MANAGMENT PVT LTD will inform the relevant Vendor of such complaint and request for a replacement service or compensation. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the services, ROAR SPORTS MANAGMENT PVT LTD reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by ROAR SPORTS MANAGMENT PVT LTD in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Vendor selling the defective/inappropriate/illegal service will be solely responsible to you for any claims that You may have in relation to such defective service and ROAR SPORTS MANAGMENT PVT LTD shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
